- AIDS training commences on July 4, 2004. 20 Volunteers
from Verulam and Surrounding rural areas are to be trained.

Matric Intervention Programme – began February
2004 for learners from indigent backgrounds. Again
SAB and Salosh Pillay came to our rescue – we greatly
appreciate the equipment and stationery for this project.

Various visiting Priests/Gurus from India and one
from Trinidad were hosted by the cultural committee – 2003.

RamaKrishna Dham is currently using the centre
on Tuesday evenings for religious services.

March 2004 – hosted a Family Fun Day and Fun
Walk.

Dr. Zweli Mkhize launched the HIV/AIDS programme
in March.

Narend Singh the MEC for Education handed
over a cheque donated by Mr. P. Iyer
to the Trust.

Centre.
